Program description

The Program sends transactional text messages related to your appointments: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, waitlist availability offers, and related scheduling updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

How to opt in

Participation in the Program is entirely optional and voluntary. You do not need to receive text messages to book an appointment, join the waitlist, or receive any service — consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and declining has no effect on your service. Consent is collected in person at our front desk as a separate question: after you book or join the waitlist, our staff ask whether you would like text updates (for example, “Would you like a text when a spot opens up?”). Only if you say yes is your mobile number enrolled and your consent recorded in our scheduling system. Customers who decline are notified by phone call instead. There is no online or keyword opt-in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive a message only when a relevant appointment slot becomes available or to confirm or remind you of a booking — typically a few messages per visit.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages; you may re-join at any time by opting in again in person. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the phone numbers below.

Privacy

No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent data, is shared with, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.
